He is an engineer, entrepreneur, artist and a systems thinker on a mission to research, practice and share the best evidence based practices of individual and collective well being.  Dmitriy holds 2nd degree black belt in martial arts and has been practicing mindfulness for over 15 years. He has been teaching various mindful movement modalities in one-on-one and group format for the past 10 years.
